Themed room with a great view, balcony overlooking the track, a pull out sofa bed, excellent staff. A wide range of tasty options for meal. Perfect location, 10 minutes' walk to Nurburg. The pool area is lovely too.

The room was large, with a view of the race track (curve) and the beautiful green Eifel. Big double bed, super comfortable. It was a celebration in the hotel. We were so tired from the journey that we didn't join it, we slept. So we were well rested for the Strongman obstacle course! Hotel directly at the former paddock. You can walk to the race track (not even 5 min.) There is a great view terrace on the 4th floor. The breakfast was awesome. Everything there what the heart desires. Even for lactose intolerant people there is the possibility to get a super tasty latte. On the 2nd day I was immediately asked if I wanted a lactose-free latte again. Honey directly from the comb, is also sometimes extraordinary. The freshly baked cake was also very tasty. You can sit on the terrace.

We were given neat and modern rooms with a balcony, air conditioning, great views from the balcony.

At the reception we were very welcome and the room with balcony was very big and we liked it very much. The breakfast was also very good. In the afternoon for coffee the cake and coffee was excellent.

Unfortunately the beds were two separate ones that were pushed together, which we did not like very much. The waitresses in the restaurant were a little bit overstrained, so it seemed to us. For the coffee on the terrace we first had to get the waiters to get a coffee. At the breakfast table the same. First, no waitress came and asked if we already got our coffee, then two. And then unfortunately there was also a scaffolding at the facade. On the left side of our balcony it started, so we couldn't see the race track, which was a pity, but this work has to be done sometime.

The team provided a terrific service. The breakfast was exceptionally good with a wide assortment of food.- The staff has always been very welcoming and pleasant.- The facilities were clean.my experience at the hotel was fantastic!

Amazing location, make sure you book the rooms with balcony over the track if you are interested in seeing the track being used! Great breakfast buffet and have it in your room for a very small surcharge!

We had to ask for the room to be vacuumed one day after it was cleaned and they never did this. It was vacuumed the next day. The hotel was advertised as a Spa hotel but there were no longer treatments available there.

The racetrack location is ideal for anyone working the Nurburgring. It also helps that the hotel breakfasts are spectacularly good, the staff are helpful and friendly and the beds are comfortable. Particularly good is the availablity of hypo-allergenic bedding (and in fact one floor of the hotel has nothing but). Anyone booking should be aware that this is not a quiet place during the day (not with a motor racing track 20 yards from the balcony). They should also beware of the local schnapps (Eifelgeist) which the hotel bar manager will persuade them to drink if they aren't very wary!

Nothing to dislike apart from the lack of a decent lightsource anywhere nears either mirror (bathroom and bedroom). Makes putting makeup on difficult but that's a common fault in most of the world's hotels.

Our room was nicely furnished with balconies overlooking the iconic F1 track, providing a fantastic view, and overall, our experience here was really good despite a few staff members being a bit unfriendly.

Fantastic hotel, stay here a number of times, food is great, staff are wonderful, car park always seems to have space, (get it early) and the views of the track if you go track side are just brilliant.

we liked staying here, it's stylish hotel with efficient staff from service. the location was excellent, for example, nurburg was at a short distance from the property. the room was themed and included tea/coffee making equipment and a fridge.

The breakfast is superb with a wide variety of options, including typical continental choices. The room is spacious and offers a perfect view of the track. They provide a wake-up service, which is convenient for guests.
